1 chamomile tea/honey
blended bowl of: bananas, dates, honey, sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews, macadamias
2 cups orange/carrot/ginger/pineapple/apple juice
1 avocado, grape tomatoes, eschallots, alfalfa, carrot, sugar snap peas, lemon juice, salt
ice
Today I really enjoyed my juices, and am looking forward to starting my juice feast. I'm finding that I'm very thirsty, and prefer juice over food. Once I get past this weekend, I'll have to go through my Juice Feast book and decide on a new 'food' routine. I'll probably continue crunching on ice whilst I'm feasting to keep my jaws working. :-)
