2 cups water
1 chamomile tea/honey
1 breadroll, butter, banana
3 cups green smoothie: 3 small bananas, 1 stalk celery, large handful baby spinach, 1/2 cup water

The green smoothie was rather thick - I could have made up 1.5 litres. The smoothies are a nice change, but I think I prefer juice overall: more hydrating. I seem to always be thirsty: a result of being dehydrated for most of my life? After reading up about water, I'm really wanting to buy a water ionizer! It would be fantastic to have healthy water on tap. The Raw Divas have some great ones.
