Confession time
Last night I 'fell off the wagon', so to speak. Hubby and children had sausages & salad for dinner, and there were left over sausages. The smell was too much for me and I gave in and had a sausage with tomato sauce. This in turn triggered something, and I went on to have two more decafs. :-( I ate a banana afterwards, but don't think that really corrected the problem.
Today I'm feeling a bit sluggish, and am finding myself wanting processed food. So now I know this is a trigger I can do something about avoiding it in future.
