Doing better

1 decaf
6 corn thins, avocado, tomato, eschallots, alfalfa, lemon juice, salt
6 cups water
steamed: garlic, ginger, onion, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower
1 decaf
4 cups green juice

I was VERY sluggish today, and my brain was in some sort of foggy-haze. Think I'll go to bed earlier than usual, and hope that a good night's sleep will help things.
