Smoother journey

1 decaf
1 small mandarin
1 banana
6 cups water
5 rice cakes, avocado, tomato, eschallots, alfalfa, lemon juice, salt
2 small mandarins
1 decaf
4 cups green juice

Today was really good. I've overcome the urge to make a decaf this evening just because it's a habit, and I'm starting to feel good. Our fridge is full of fresh produce, and I'm looking forward to maybe making a nice salad tomorrow.
