6 cups juice: celery (stalks & leaves), 3 green apples, 1/2 pineapple, ginger
2 cups Dare Espresso

bowl of pumpkin soup with sour cream
1/2 basa (fish) fillet - battered
small bowl ice cream
It's a lovely, sunny, 'happy' day today. Happy Father's Day to all the fathers out there!
