2 cups water
6 cups smoothie: 1 cup water, 100gm baby spinach, 500gm strawberries, 4 bananas, 1 tblspn honey
1 breadroll, butter, baked sweet potato
1 breadroll, butter, vegemite
1 large bowl of ice
Butter chicken, basmati rice

I'm really enjoying my green smoothies, and have no desire to change the strawberries unless it is to buy frozen mixed berries as a special treat. I'm looking forward to having my watermelon juice tomorrow: I was sidetracked today!
