Ups and downs

2 cups water
6 cups smoothie: 100gm spinach, 1/2 cup water, 500gm strawberries, 4 bananas
2 slices bread, butter, cheese
2 cups Dare Espresso
bowl of ice
bowl of salsa soup: tomatoes, red capsicum, 2 avocados, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tspn kelp granules, salt, basil leaves, small clove of garlic
small bowl of hot chips
bowl of ice
