6 cups smoothie: 100gm roquette leaves, 4 bananas, 500gm strawberries, 1 tblspn honey, 1 cup water
bowl of soup: tomato, capsicum, basil, garlic, kelp granules, salt, lemon juice, avocado, grated carrot
3 cups juice: watermelon
1 bowl of ice
1 breadroll, butter, hot chips, tomato sauce
3 cups Dare Espresso
Feeling better today. :-) I really enjoy my raw soup (although it is rather solid, so I probably should add some water! lol). I'm looking forward to experimenting with more raw dishes. It will be wonderful when I have both a dehydrator and sprouter, as I'm going to make sprouted bread/crackers to eat.
