Small improvements

2 cups water
6 cups smoothie: 100gm baby spinach, 1 cup water, 500gm strawberries, 5 small bananas, 1 tblspn honey
3 cups juice: watermelon
1 cup soup: tomato, capsicum, basil, garlic, kelp granules, salt, lemon juice, avocado, grated carrot
1 bowl of ice
3 cups Dare Espresso

I only had the coffee because I needed to stay up. lol I'm aiming at being 100% raw again, and the nasty outbreak of psoriasis behind my right ear (due to eating bread and having the milk) has given me very good incentive to do so!
