Improving

2 cups water
6 cups smoothie: 100gm mixed organic greens, 500gm strawberries, 4 bananas, 1 cup water
4 cups juice: stalks from bunch of celery, 3 green apples, ginger
2 cups Dare Espresso
3 cups juice: watermelon
bowl of ice
2 cups raw soup: tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, lemon juice, salt
bowl of ice

I'm feeling much better today, although the psoriasis behind my ear is TERRIBLE after yesterday's indulgences. :-( I really enjoyed my smoothie. Fresh strawberries are SO yummy! My soup was very nice, too. I think I'll add avocado to it next time for a creamy version.
