2 cups water
5 cups green smoothie: spinach, frozen mixed berries, banana, water
4 cups green juice: celery stalks, green apples, bosc pear, ginger
1 decaf Irish Nut Creme Latte, 2 cinnamon donuts
Junk food, too much of it
Today was horrible - no other way to put it. I know that eating processed, cooked, 'dead' food is a reaction in order to numb my senses; however today I didn't care. I've made up a green smoothie and some green juice for tomorrow, so hopefully I will get back on track.
