I've decided that I will have green juice & water first up in the day, followed by either the avocado feast or lightly steamed veg, and then I can indulge in cooked food, chocolate, and decaf in the evening.
This morning I used my body brush for the first time, and it felt FANTASTIC! I'm looking forward to using it each day as part of my normal routine. I've started doing stretching exercises each morning first up, and am becoming more organised regarding exercise.
So..... I guess I'll see how it goes. :-)
