Today I had a bit of a splurge, and I didn't quite get the last 4 cups of water drunk! But it was a nice splurge. :-) No more chocolate until my weight has a 7 in front of it!
2 cups water
1 decaf
1 avocado, 1 tomato, eschallots, alfalfa, lemon juice, salt
1 cup black leaf tea (no milk)
1 small bar dairy free chocolate (70% cocoa - nice and satisfying)
1 decaf
steamed: garlic, carrot, broccoli, zucchini, brussel sprouts, slivered almonds, snow peas
1 decaf
5 cups green juice
