'Tis Tuesday

Well, I'm getting back on track! My insides sure didn't like that processed food, and it's good to be eating properly again. The extra green juice I had yesterday really helped a lot.

2 cups water
4 cups green juice
Dry coleslaw: cabbage, carrot, celery, sutanas, grated cheese (very little), sunflower seeds, red capsicum
3 corn thins, 2 avocados, 2 tomatoes, eschallots, alfalfa, lemon juice, salt
1 decaf
ice cream
2 decafs
