1 mug ginger & lemon tea (tea bag) with honey
raw cashews & macadamia nuts
1 mug ginger & lemon tea with honey
2 decafs
2 rows dark chocolate
I'm looking forward to replacing our rock salt with iodised Celtic sea salt. I keep forgetting to put the kelp granules on my avocado to see how that tastes: I tried them with juice, but that was a disaster!
