I came across Victoria Boutenko at the Raw Reform pages, and our local library actually has a copy of her book, "12 Steps to Raw Foods: How to end your addiction to cooked food." So I borrowed it, and have read it already! This is another wonderful book, and one I would like to buy. It is excellent. I understand a lot more about the challenges I've been facing with my choice to go raw and why it has been hard.
Thursday:
2 cups water
1 decaf
4 cups green juice
2 cups water
1 cup green juice
2 avocados, 2 tomatoes, eschallots, lemon juice, salt
30 cherries (YUM!)
2 decafs
I really need to find something to drink instead of the decaf. I have been craving the green juice, so am thinking I should probably make up another litre of that for the evening, and see how I go with that.
