Last day for food!

After realising that I've not lost ANY weight at all this past week, I've decided that tomorrow I'm going to start my Juice Feast!

Sunday:
2 cups water
3 crumbled corn thins, 1 avocado, 1 tomato, alfalfa, eschallots, lemon juice, salt
1 decaf
4 cups water
6 cups green juice
3 crumbled corn thins, 1 avocado, 2 tomatoes, alfalfa, lemon juice, salt
2 decafs

Today (Monday):
2 cups water
1 decaf
2 bananas
3 cups green juice
3 crumbled corn thins, 2 avocados, 250g grape tomatoes, eschallots, alfalfa, lemon juice, salt
1 vegemite sandwich
1 decaf
1 cup green juice
2 decafs

So we'll see how well I do on the juice feast. I was REALLY wanting to have a sausage sizzle (sausage on bread with sauce & onions) tonight, so compromised and had the vegemite sandwich instead: figured the vegemite would be easier on my insides.
